Our customer had caught one of the alloy wheels on his Range Rover sport on a curbstone, causing about a 1 inch gouge to the rim of the wheel. A fairly simple repair, as in our opinion the damage was very minor, in our customers eyes the damage spoilt the look of his pride and joy. Total repair time was just under an hour at a cost of £85.00 + vat.

The car is jacked up and the wheel taken off ready for repairing.
The damaged area is sanded to a smooth finish and filled if necesary.
The tyre is then masked up and primer sprayed onto the damaged area.
Once the primer is dry we spray 2 coats of silver to match the original colour of the wheel.
Finally we spray 2 coats of clear lacquer to the whole wheel and bake off under inrared lamps.
After just under an hour the wheel is as good as new and put back on the car.
